KITCHEN
As a young child the realization that the food on my plate was part of the dead body of an animal was horrendous! From the age of 15 I was fully vegetarian and 25 years later, having brought my family up vegetarian I transitioned to vegan. I have now been vegan 22 years and from originally being considered a complete freak I now find myself almost mainstream! In the past I have run my own vegetarian/vegan/wholefood/organic/fairtrade cafe and have written several recipe booklets.

Every day we share three vegan plant based meals together. Namua is a fantastic cook and provides home made well balanced meals. Volenteers also contribute in the kitchen and make a few meals a week together.
